Northwest Indiana has a strong, and talented music family consisting of down to earth and humble individuals. And that is what you are once you meet ANY of them, family. I've been lucky enough to be a part of this family for oh, about 13 years now, starting with my good friends, The Steepwater Band. Which is how I met Kenny Kinsey of The Kinsey Report, among other bands. You see, something else you learn, most of these musicians are usually in several bands, so when you meet them, you end up meeting others. That is how the circle grows.
The Kinsey Report, consists of three brothers, Donald (lead guitar and vocals), Ralph (drums), and Kenny (bass). Joining them, on rhythm guitar is Andrew Ogrodzinski. These amazing musicians have played with legends like B.B King and Bob Marley. Yes, you read that right. Through it all, they still call Northwest Indiana home, and we are very lucky for that, because we get to see them in small places like Beer Geeks, in Highland Indiana. Which is a great place to see live blues every Tuesday, the ONLY night they have music! And get blasted with rockin' blues!! And that's just what happened on Tuesday night....
